NGC891

Updated: 10.7.04

NGC891 is a favorite target of mine, this image representing my latest attempt with the H9C color camera. It is a premier edge-on galaxy located in the constellation of Andromeda. A number of fainter galaxies are scattered throughout the background with the faintest stars touching mag 22. This shot was taken at Chiefland, after Hurricane Frances and before Hurricane Jeanne!
