NGC7023 - Iris Nebula

Updated: 10.29.04

NGC7023 is also known as the Iris Nebula. Although dominated by its reflection component, it also contains dark and emission nebulae. It is located in the constellation of Cepheus. This image, my second with the H9C, was taken at Chiefland during the October new moon.
