NGC2903

Updated: 11.28.03

Like NGC7331, NGC2903 is another large (12.6'x6') galaxy showing extraordinary details. It is in the constellation of Leo, which harbors many large and beautiful galaxies. A couple of other smaller galaxies can also be seen in the background. Again, some field curvature is present with the Meade FR. This image was taken at the Chiefland Star Party, 2003.
