M52/Bubble

Updated: 5.30.07

Those wth the capability of capturing larger fields cannot pass up this photo-op. The Bubble Nebula and M52 make a beautiful combination in a star studded field. The night this was taken at the CSSP, the temperature dropped down to 28F. Being totally frozen was not conducive to allot of refocusing, so the image ended up a touch soft. This image was taken at the CSSP 2007 and represents second light at a dark site for the 12.5" Newt at f/3 with an SXV-M25C.
