M42

M42 is part of a large complex of nebulosity in Orion, shown well in extreme and deep wide-field views. This particular image includes both the Running Man and the Great Orion Nebula. It was taken at KPP during the Central Florida Astrofest in March and was imaged with the M25C and 12.5" Newt at f/3 at prime focus.
