M42 (SXV-M25)

Updated: 12.24.04

This shot of M42 represents a first light of sorts, with a borrowed SXV-M25 6.1 megapixel camera and the 10" home built Newtonian. Thanks to AVA and Terry for letting me play with the camera. It is very impressive! This shot was taken at Chiefland during the December new moon.
