M108

M108 is a more compact Messier object that appears quite bright at mag 10.0'. It is approximately 8.7'x2.3' in size and in this image, is surrounded by fainter galaxies. This image was taken at Chiefland during the CFAS Astrofest with the club's TEC 140mm APO refractor.
